Learn Behind an Actual Bar From our Qualified Instructors
Our classroom is set up like an authentic bar, and our students sit and watch our instructors make each and every drink right in front of them. This ensures that every student understands what he or she is doing for each lesson. Our bartending class is divided between 25% lecture and 75% practice time, so that students can get as much hands on experience as possible, while still getting the necessary guidance from our experienced instructors.

Once the lecture/demonstration is over, the students get behind the bar and make each and every drink multiple times to acquire the active memorization of the subject matter. Class time also includes customer role playing and simulated happy hour environments to work on the student's speed and efficiency.
Our 40 hour Professional Mixology/bartender course consists of ten 4-hour lessons. Classes start every Monday with an introduction to the "ins and outs" of bartending, mixing station or “well” set up, and techniques for accurately pouring drinks. We now offer weekday morning, afternoon, and evening classes to fit any schedule.
In addition, we have the option of tailoring a flexible schedule using any combination of day, evening or special times to fit any student’s situation.
